An Overview of the Project We Have Worked on

It has been a Refurbishment and modification project of Shell & Core with 50,000 Sq-ft G+M warehouses into a Cold Storage and Office. This was for Ummsaid Bakery, located at Dubai Investment Park. This construction will be used for Production, Food processing and Storage centres for Qbake’s bakery products. The refurbishment project involves modifying a warehouse into a manufacturing unit for Bread and other bakery items.

The main manufacturing zone provides the space for packaging, storage units, office blocks, underground water storage tanks, and pump rooms. This 50,000 sq. ft. building comprises insulated cold panels for walls and roofs. The professionals at Agnice focused on building clean room and cold store facilities, including all civil, structural, and domestic MEP works.

Challenges We Faced:

While working on the project for Ummsaid Bakery, we had to work with limited team strength. At the same time, we had to ensure that it must be completed within 12 months. This brought us a feature and a new recognition to move forward with other projects from the food industry.
