Overview of the Project We Delivered:

This is entirely a Design and build project made for the logistic purpose of TLM International Freight Services. The structure is 22 meters tall, and the total built-up area is 111,100 sq. ft. in Jafza, Dubai. The main distribution area is 69,000 sq. ft., designed with a VNA floor and 20,000 pallets. It has a temperature-controlled zone of 11,000 sq. ft. and a height of 11 meters designed for 1,500 pallets. What makes this facility more remarkable is its bulk storage area of 21,520 sq. ft. and office space of 5000 sq. ft.

The facility is built on a plot area of 24,000 sq. m. From this area, 11,000 sq-meter has been designed to contain 10,000 pallet positions. The storage environment of this facility is quite fascinating, i.e., 2500 sq-meters. This project's complexity is a high-bay facility including a Very Narrow Aisle or VNA racking system. Also, the state-of-the-art material can handle an approximate height of 13.6 meters.

Challenges We Experienced:

With a team strength of 280 people, it took 10 months to complete the entire project. The estimated budget for the project was 30 million, and we summed it up without fail.
